Website Terms
Last updated 22 August 2026
Using this website
These terms apply when you access or use 33frame.com.au, including its studio enquiry service. By using the website, you acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These are website terms only. They do not replace a production proposal, talent agreement, statement of work, or other client-services contract.
Website information
The website describes 33rd Frame, its approach, services, team, and selected relationships. It is general information, not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We may update, correct, suspend, or remove website content.
We take reasonable care with website information but do not promise that every item will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Statements about services remain subject to any later written project agreement.
Studio enquiries
You may use the enquiry form to explore a possible project or request information. You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
An enquiry, response, meeting, estimate, or creative discussion does not by itself create a client relationship, agency, partnership, exclusivity arrangement, production commitment, or obligation to accept work. A project begins only when the relevant parties enter an agreed written arrangement.
Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential third-party material, unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Until a written confidentiality agreement is in place, do not assume that an unsolicited idea or treatment is received in confidence.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- breach applicable Australian law or another law that applies to you;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- probe, bypass, overload, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, or interfere with the website or its security;
- send spam, deceptive enquiries, malicious code, or automated submissions; or
- misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or intended use.
We may restrict access or decline to process an enquiry where we reasonably believe these terms, law, security, or another person’s rights are at risk.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, copy, branding, graphics, showreel material, and original content are owned by or licensed to 33rd Frame and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and temporarily store website content for ordinary personal or internal business evaluation.
You must not reproduce, publish, adapt, sell, distribute, publicly screen, train a model on, or commercially exploit website content without the relevant rights holder’s prior permission, except where law expressly allows it.
Client names, logos, third-party footage, and other marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or grant a licence.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability, security, and content are controlled by their operators and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. A link does not necessarily mean that 33rd Frame endorses every statement, product, or practice on the linked service.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, your use of the website is at your own risk. 33rd Frame is not responsible for loss caused solely by website unavailability, third-party services, or unreasonable reliance on general website information where that responsibility may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Any project-specific liability terms belong in the applicable written client agreement.
Applicable Australian law
These terms operate subject to applicable Commonwealth, state, and territory laws of Australia and any mandatory law that applies to you. The operator’s state or territory and any counsel-approved governing-law or forum clause must be confirmed before production launch.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The date above shows the latest update. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless law requires otherwise.
For a question about these terms, use our enquiry form and select “Privacy, legal or information request”. A direct legal contact and the operator’s legal identity must be confirmed and published before production launch.
